This pump will do it and do it at the mediocre pace you didn't envision at all. Take a bit longer to prime it than implied but once you get it going it works like the price you paid for it. Worth the price and better than spending $200 on some vacuum monstrosity you'll use once or twice.

Excellent Pump! FAR EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!
It is so common to buy things and be disappointed with the poor quality that this was a real surprise and delight! It not only works for water and fuel, but my husband used it to suck thick old heavy dirty gear oil out of his trucks differential and it worked like a charm! It is easy to use and clean up and the only question is how long it will last. I was very impressed with the quality of this pump that didn't cost very much!

Nice pump
Used this pump to put atf fluid back in a hard to reach area. Only issue is hose came loose when pumping. Will put tape on next time

This little syringe pump will work to transfer almost any fluid. Suggest you mark ends: suck & out.
