earthy taste
i put this in my chocolate protein powder shake with milk and it tasted like earthy chocolate milk. i was aware it would have an earthy taste, but i was hoping the chocolate protein milk would hide the flavor. it did not, but it wasn’t intolerable. i will definitely keep using as i’m about to start zepbound, and i need protein and fiber. i used my electric milk frother and it was still had chunks of powder in the drink, but once again tolerable. i didn’t notice any bloating, but also didn’t notice it help keep me full any longer than normal. i will definitely buy again to keep trying to see different results

Probably wouldn’t take it if I didn’t need to. The flavor is not good and if you don’t mix it quickly and thoroughly, it clumps. It does what it needs to to.

Perfect for bread making. Mixed smoothly with the coconut flour and eggs for my gluten free, grain free bread. The bread browned beautifully an had a great texture with no strange taste that some other brands are said to have.
