I absolutely LOVE this product! I reluctantly spent the $79 (12 oz) but am SO GLAD I DID! I'm currently taking the recommended dosing for people with chronic conditions which is 1 Tbsp 3x daily. The morning and noon doses are taken 30 minutes before eating, and the P.M. dose is taken two hours after dinner or 30 minutes before bedtime. I plan to continue this schedule and regime for the first 4 weeks. Colostrum-LD is wonderful. I cannot tell you enough good things about this product. On day 3, I work up with refreshed, renewed energy. I really couldn't believe it. I had energy to do more housecleaning in that one day than I'd done combined in the past 6 months! Unfortunately, I overdid the day's activities and was quite sore the next day, but still it was worth it. About me: I am 57 yo, in general good health with a very healthy lifestyle and nutritional intake. I am a vegetarian and eat whole foods and organics about 99% of the time. Athough I enjoy overall good health, I've been suffering from fibromyalgia for almost 15 years. I am not on any pain meds or other big pharma drugs and rely solely on supplements and daily activity and light exercise to cope with the pain. Colostrum-LD has already made such a positive difference! I've been reading about colostrum's fantastic health effects overall. I also learned that there are only about three top-rated colostrum products, and Sovereign Laboratories is one of them. Primarily touted for leaky gut syndrome, which causes a host of illnesses and ailments, colostrum just seemed like something I should try (ergo the reluctance to test drive a nutraceutical for 79 bucks). I'm now completing my first week on it (at the higher dose mentioned above) and absolutely will not give it up. The healing benefits I've already noticed, aside from the higher levels of sustained energy, are a clearing complexion (adult acne drives me nuts!), healing patchy eczema on the bottoms of my feet, and overall better attitude toward each and every day! I no longer wake up and wonder how I'm going to get through all the chores and responsibilities of the day ahead. I sleep very well; however, I still take an herbal sleep remedy such as Valerian Root, Calm Forte or Lemon Balm Extract. I plan to give up the sleep remedy after two weeks, as well as my regular remedies for fatigue. I believe that Colostrum-LD is healing my body from the inside out. In summary, do your homework and research then choose a quality colostrum product like this one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

In an effort to balance my digestion, I also wanted to ensure that I don't have issues around leaky gut. While I can't speak to other similar products Colostrum-LD strikes me as a quality product. This is my 2nd round with the product and I'm using it combination with probiotics and anti-microbials based on tests of what I would be sensitive to. I have Burning Mouth Syndrome and a high histamine intolerance. I believe that if I can balance my digestion and repair my gut these issues and the related effects would resolve. A number of the effects are similar to acid reflux. Highly recommend starting with a low dosage first thing in the morning. 1/4tsp for 3-5 days. Slowly increasing to the recommended 1tsp. and then add the evening dosage. Also starting with 1/4tsp. The product will/can kill bad bacteria which can give stomach flu like symptoms. My experience has been that when I didn't work up to it the feeling kept me from sleeping. They recommend at least 20 minutes before eating in the morning. I keep the morning dose in the bathroom so I cover the time while I'm getting dressed. The flavor is fine but you can add a drop of stevia or a bit of cocoa. I used Sweetleaf Vanilla creme initially since Sweetleaf doesn't cut their product with other sweeteners but have been able to do without any as the flavor is acceptable especially now that I reduced the amount of water from the 4-6oz recommended to 2-3oz (goes down quicker). I drink 2-3oz of water first and then the dose.

I don’t ever write reviews on products I buy. This is the first one I’ve written. I feel like this is an important product for gut health. I was introduced to this product because I have clients and friends who recommended this product. We all live in Sedona Az where the company Sovereign Labs is. We are all using this product because of digestion and/or other issues. I.e. colitis, leaky gut, IBS, IBD, etc. I’ve already told 2 other people about this product and they are using it. One of the most important things I learned in researching this product is it’s delivery system. It has a delivery system that allows the colostrum to make it thru the stomach acid to get to where it is suppose to be. This is important to know, if you have a sensitive system, start out very slow with only 1\2 or 1 tsp. I have a very unusually system to where a little goes a long ways. This is a very powerful product that really works and does what it is suppose to do in ones system. Look up and read what a Herxheimer reaction is to understand symptoms you may experience. Then don’t stop taking the colostrum, the symptoms will go away. It is well worth it. The symptoms I was having with the cleansing caught me by surprise. Because I knew the success my client was having, and I knew colostrum was healthy, I wasn’t expecting such a cleansing and didn’t pay attention to the part about the cleansing on the bag. Again, I have a very sensitive system that most people don’t have. The other good news is the customer service that my friends have received from the company, they are very helpful in answering questions and making suggestions as to how to use the product. I bought this product and have not been paid or approached by the company to write this review.

I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, IBS, intestinal parasites, Leaky Gut Syndrome, food intolerances, several nutritional deficiencies, absorption issues, low stomach acid, hypoglycemia, tachycardia and PVC’s. I also struggle with very low ferritin and Vitamin D levels and an extremely elevated cortisol level. The quality of my sleep is poor and I wake several times per night. I wake up every morning feeling awful with a pounding heart, dizziness, fatigue, aches and pains and digestive issues. I read several articles about the efficacy of the product and many reviews I read touted it as a game changer for a variety of health issues. I must admit, I was skeptical. I’ve tried so many therapies that promised results, only to be disappointed, broke and still sick. I convinced myself that I had nothing to lose (besides more money) and ordered the Sovereign Labs Colostrum. I’ve been taking the product for exactly one month. The powder dissolves easily in water and has a very pleasant taste. (I ordered the Vanilla flavor.) I started with a very low dose and worked my way up to my current dose of a tablespoon upon waking and a tablespoon before bed. Within the first week, I noticed a measurable improvement in the frequency of my diarrhea. The urgency was also noticeably less and the cramping that often accompanies each of my episodes was much less severe. After the second week, the quality of my sleep improved and my mood and energy levels were better. I’ve even noticed a significant improvement in my skin. I haven’t felt this optimistic about a product and attaining my health goals in a very long time. I plan on continuing this product with the hope that continued use will result in continued improvement. I also plan on slowly increasing the dosage again to see if I can find relief for more of my symptoms. Overall, I feel so lucky to have stumbled across this product.

I gave this 5 stars for pain and overall health benefits. My story of colitis is too long to tell. I had terrible digestion for years which eventually led into a full blown colitis episode that impacted my ability to go anywhere. I was diagnosed with microscopic colitis and given a steroid for 3 months to resolve the problem. The medication worked for a while but over time problems crept in. Eventually, the horrible, painful gas and daily diarrhea returned. The diarrhea was somewhat controllable, but the gas was worse then ever. No matter how controlled I was with my diet (literally eating almost nothing) I still had horrible gas. I was resolved to live a life of social distancing. No one, including me could tolerate the smell. It was beyond humiliating. I read about success of bovine colostrum for treating diarrhea in third world countries. I figured I had nothing to lose and began colostrum-LD. Within a few days things began to improve. Within a few weeks, I no longer have diarrhea or gas. I have it both morning and evening. It has worked a miracle. My family can testify to this. Especially more poor husband. I highly recommend!!!

So I know this is expensive but it’s going in your body right? This stuff is the real deal. Top rate quality. Easy to mix in water and drink down. Others are not so easy as they have full fat and don’t mix with water. The liposomal delivery is worth the money. My hair has gotten much thicker and healthier. I wasn’t even expecting that. Great “side effect”. Also has been elemental in giving me a happy gut. So powerful for the stomach and lower GI. I will keep taking this for a long time. Try it. Give it at least a month before you decide. I love it.

I researched different brands before going with sovereign laboratories. I was hesitant because they are more expensive but the product is well worth the extra cost. My daughter has had c dif (chlostridium difficile) for a few months and I was starting to show symptoms myself. Less than a week of treating myself with 1 tbsp 2x daily as recommended for leaky gut syndrome and I saw a marked improvement in symptoms. I will continue to use this and am now giving it to my daughter to treat her symptoms as the antibiotics haven't been 100% effective and come with side effects of yeast overgrowth. I've also noticed an increase in energy and hope to continue feeling these effects. Before using this product my energy level was pretty low and I was constantly oversleeping and going to bed early, not getting anything done at home and falling behind at work. I am pleased to have seen such improvement in symptoms in just a week that continue to improve with use.

I take bovine colostrum as a supplement every day. I typically take Armra and/or California Gold Nutrition brands, but tried this one out. Despite the claims on the packaging, I found this product to be ineffective and poor quality and I even doubt if this is true colostrum. It's more likely that this is just powdered milk. I called and emailed the Sovereign Laboratories for the laboratory results to substantiate the claims on the packaging and to get immunoglobulin % but got push back and when they said they would "try and send me something", I never got anything. Amazon won't allow you to return the product but because it says money back guarantee, I shipped the product back to Sovereign Labs and will hopefully get refunded. Product is garbage and I suggest going with California Gold Nutrition if you cannot afford Armra.

Sovereign Laboratories is very thorough with their follow up, sending articles and scientific research to back their claims. I had some questions which they answered promptly. It's been a month since I've been on the product and I've started noticing my immune system is improving. I'm not getting outbreaks and I had annoying pain that has since disappeared. Because of my health challenges, instead of the two teaspoons daily, I take two tablespoons. I tried another brand sold in Canada that was effective, but very expensive for a small bottle. Prior to purchasing Colostrum LD, I had researched other brands, checking out videos on YouTube and decided to go with this brand. Doug Wyatt, the founder of SL, conducted extensive and thorough research on colostrum and this sold me.There are so many supportive ingredients, nutrients, minerals, that you can get rid of a lot of your supplements. I highly recommend this product.

Been taking colostrum for about 6 weeks. Physically I have noticed my nails have grown like crazy and they're really strong like never before. I've been losing weight consistently so it's tough to say if it helped the weight gain, however, I've been taking the most perfect bowel movements every day. Haven't had that in many years. Digestion is better, and not experiencing stomach pain or a lot of bloating like before. It isn't wise to just take colostrum and have a bad diet though. I was in Mexico and didn't have any problems with stomach bugs there. Also, my family was hit with a bad cold and the wife has bronchitis and I'm perfectly fine. All in all, it's a great product and a wise investment for your health.
