Some things to note.First, there is only one light - if you need two, you're going to have to buy this item twice.Second, included is the light, the plug that fits into the light, and a few inches of wiring - that's all (no instructions). If your trailer or cargo carrier is not already wired then you will need additional stuff; - extra wiring [group of 4 wires {green, yellow, brown and white}], several feet, - 4 way trailer connector (this is what is attached to the extra wiring on one end, and plugs into your vehicle (eventually) on the other end), - wire connectors (heat shrink & crimp weatherproof terminal butt connector), - sierra ring terminals (heat shrink and crimp - these are for the ground wires), - adapter/s (7 to 4 way, and maybe 6 to 7 way - these connect the 4 way connector (listed above) to the trailer plug that's part of your vehicle), - bracket to secure adapter to vehicle, - plastic cable ties.Third, when you get everthing wired up correctly, make sure that the ground wires are all touching each-other (that's what the sierra ring terminals are for).Forth, make sure that the rubber seal is pushed all the way in. It should be such that the lips on the back and front of the rubber seal are on either side of the metal bracket built into your trailer/cargo carrier. When the light is installed, it should be impossible for you to push the rubber seal out. If you can, then the seal is not installed properly.Fifth, BEFORE you crimp and heat seal the wire connections, and secure the wires to your trailer/cargo carrier using the cable ties, connect everything and MAKE SURE that it works!! Better to remedy any issues early on in the process.The lights, when installed and wired properly work perfectly. They're bright and function as designed - running lights, turn signals, and stop lights. Having the lights on our cargo carrier (Pro Series 63153 60x24 hitch mounted) in the dark and rain gave us confidence that the carrier could be seen, and turning or changing lanes could be done safely. They are nice and bright.Again, excellent lights. If you have to do the wiring yourself, you'll need some extra items to connect the lights to your vehicle.

Replaced some original "light bulb" type of lights on a boat trailer with these LED's. Very low cost, and installation was very easy. Just get something under the round black grommet, start to pull, and it will come out of frame. Just connect the wiring, and slide the new one with new grommet into the frame. The light is held in place and "suspended" by the grommet. I have not put the trailer into the water yet, but the lights look fine, and are reasonable bright.

Bought these last June to replace some old trailer lights. The grommets were a little small so I had to use the original grommets, but they were nice and bright. Some of the LEDs have stopped working on two of the lights. Not sure if there is any kind of warranty on these. They haven't seen much use yet.

Awesome lights! Bright, nicely priced, well made and highly recommended! Do yourself a favor when installing these lights in the recommended bracket, use a little soapy water round the light when getting them to click into place. I`m not weak and without the soapy water it took more hand strength than I could muster. 5+ rating

I installed these in july. i wanted some leds for more light and less current draw. I used them for one 50 mile trip with the trailer then parked it. i used it 2 days ago and the middle 4 leds on the left light do not light up for turn signal or brake. its not a wiring issue on the trailer since the other leds work.I guess you get what you pay for..now i have to replace them.

Ordered this product based on positive reviews. The lights are indeed brighter than the previous lights that were installed. I recently drove my trailer through a rainstorm and now the lights are full of water. They definitely are NOT waterproof and are NOT water resistant. Hopefully the manufacturer will warranty these lights so I can try another set and publish better results.

Not sure how I really feel about these lights at the moment... I say that because when looking straight at them, they light up nice, but say you are in the middle of the vehicle and looking at one side or the other, its hard to explain, but one looks like the brake light is on, BUT if you just turn your head toward the other side just a bit, then the other side looks brighter... I assume it has to do with the "facet" of the lense, in any case, the father you are away from them, say 50ft, that problem goes away.

I have 4 of these bright little lights in the headache rack on my truck and I love how slim and easy they are to fit into the narrow space offered. super bright and a great price. mine came with pig tails and grommets and are about an inch thick.
