XL—A little big, a little long.
I’m 6’4 240 lb and these were still a little big. I ordered 2X at first and returned them because they basically fell off.

Comfy with deep pockets but a little light on the elastic waistband
Always on the lookout for good gym/rugby short just hanging around or daily use and not spend a fortune. I never find they have deep enough pockets and lose stuff sitting down if I'm not careful. These have deep enough pockets so my stuff stays put.I would have given them 5 stars but the elastic waistband is a little light so I have to snug up the cord making them just a little less comfortable.

Pretty good
I order 2 pairs of shorts and got a weird dress thing instead. Amazon sorted it out and I got the shorts today. Decent quality and they fit. Works for me.
