Great product
Recommended by my audiologist for heavy wax removal but not constant use. She was out when I needed them so ordered them from Amazon. Normally a few drops of olive oil in the ears every few days removes the wax but if I forget I end up with at least one plugged ear. A few applications of this does the trick.

Works - but should be used with a physical spaying system.
This stuff is OK. Certainly can't hurt - although I find the Rhino ear wash system to be more effective for most ear cleaning needs.I still like having this option as an additional measure. Might not be as noticeable a difference as the Rhino system is for me (visible wax removal) - but I think it is a nice boost to whatever you ear cleaning routine is.
