I’ve been using this gum mainly to keep my breath fresh throughout the workday, especially between meetings and after coffee. Overall, it does a solid job in the short term. The peppermint flavor is strong and pleasant right after chewing, and it gives that clean, fresh feeling I’m looking for. However, the flavor doesn’t last as long as I’d like—it tends to fade fairly quickly compared to some other gums I’ve tried, so I find myself replacing it more often. I do appreciate that it’s made with xylitol and has a more natural ingredient profile. It’s also sugar-free, aspartame-free, and non-GMO, which makes it feel like a higher-quality option compared to standard grocery store gum. One thing to keep in mind is usage: if you chew gum regularly throughout the day, you may go through a container fairly quickly. Overall, this is a good option for people who care about cleaner ingredients and don’t mind paying a bit more for them, as long as they’re okay with a shorter-lasting flavor.

This gum is twice as much as gum in a store, but its good. One piece is enough to chew, but just barely. Two pieces is much better. Flavor is gone in a 1/2 hour. I start with 1, add another the next day and add a third the day after that. I'll chew that for a day or two, then throw it out. I haven't really noticed much of a 'laxitive effect' when I was chewing this almsot daily. I have my jaw a break for a couple days. Its nice having something to chew when I feel like I want to eat something, but don't actually want to eat anything...so I just chew gum.
