I didn't believe the Creatine hype. But its real. Firstly, I eat a lot of chicken. So my idea was that my creatine intake is fine. But apparently I was wrong about what 'fine' means. Fine to survive, but not enough to thrive, I guess. This supplement has improved my physical and mental stamina. I've been taking it for around 8 days. Now in a day I'm learning multiple subjects, making notes, lifting dumbbells, walking 10000 steps. When I think deeply I can keep thinking without fatigue. When lifting dumbbells, I can lift more number of times. Where is this feeling of energy coming from? I did some reading about the energizing effects of Creatine on the mind and body. There is a whole science behind it but I don't want to post it here. But, I will leave a word of caution here: DO NOT mix Creatine supplements with alcohol. By that, I mean, completely avoid alcohol if your body has this supplement. There have been mice studies which showed accelerated liver damage when Creatine supplement was taken with alcohol. Better not to take that risk.

I bought Naturaltein’s Creapure expecting a clean, premium supplement, but what I actually got is a joke. The moment I opened the seal, I saw the tub was barely half full. To make it worse, there were random foreign particles mixed right into the powder. When you’re putting something into your body every day, safety and purity aren't optional—they are a bare minimum. Finding contamination inside a brand-new tub is completely unacceptable. Amazon was great and refunded me instantly, but Naturaltein India needs to be held accountable for this abysmal level of quality control.

Good and quality product. Can see immediate gains. Product time doesn’t dilute in water naturally which is right. Still and drink immediately. Use small little water so it doesn’t stick to glass walls and gets wasted, drink more after.

Creapure is good but it's not micronized and just after 10 days it turning into solid block I don't know why. This is first time I'm facing this problem with Creatine

Delivery was on time and with good packaging. Product is the best creatine I ever used.....The material Creapure is giving me a best result than other Chinese creatine in the market.
