I have had dry, itchy skin since 2018. I've tried multiple soaps and nothing helped. I did some on-line reviews and this soap was highly recommended. Now I know why! Been using this soap since 2025 and haven't had dry, itchy skin since then. No fragrance and the soap bar is actually very sudsy and I feel clean with softer skin too after using it.

Holy grail, for real. I’ve tried hundreds of body washes in my lifetime, and they dried out my skin and threw off the pH of my sensitive spots or left me still feeling like I smell. I’m not a really stinky person at all, but I felt like the solution was stronger soap, antibacterial soap or something because I want to smell good even after working out. Then I discovered what I really need is a gentle cleanser that doesn’t damage my skin barrier and doesn’t create an irritated environment for bacteria to thrive and create smells. I think this is a sensitive subject for a lot of people, but please try this!! For very little money, you might see a lot of improvement in your hygiene routine. Also simplify your life because it’s effective for face and body. Some people have commented on the scent being unbearable. It’s definitely unscented which is great. I can say that I’m not a huge fan of the scent when it first comes out of the box, but in a short time the smell becomes softer and fresher. A lot of soap bars get mushy. Not this one! It is firm and lathers easily. Doesn’t melt and leave residue everywhere. It’s ability to take off makeup isn’t terrible, but I’ll often oil cleanse first. Speaking of oil cleansers, if you’re looking for a liquid soap for sensitive skin, Bioderma Atoderm is excellent and takes off sunscreen and makeup as well (but it’s scented). 10/10!!!!!!!! I bought this CeraVe bar so I wouldn't have to pack liquid face wash in my carry-on for work trips. It lathers much better than I expected for a soap-free bar and takes off my daily sunscreen without a problem. My skin usually gets really tight and itchy during the winter, but this actually keeps my face from drying out. It ended up being a really practical swap for my dry skin. You do need to be very careful about how you store it in your bathroom. Because it is mostly moisturizing cream instead of regular hard soap, it will turn into absolute mush if it sits in a wet shower. It also leaves a very noticeable hydrating film on your skin after you rinse it off. If you are used to that squeaky-clean feeling from normal soap, the texture definitely takes some getting used to. This is a solid option if you need something gentle for winter and want to save space in your luggage. Just make sure you actually use a slotted soap dish to keep it far away from the shower spray. I would probably avoid it if you have super oily skin or hate the feeling of residue left on your face. For me, the extra hassle of keeping it dry is worth it for the hydration.

I am a diabetic and have very dry skin and sometimes it flakes. I've tried many soaps but none worked. I read about this product and thought I would try it. Its wonderful. I could see the difference after first use. It is smooth and creamy, no fragrance.
