3 capsules am and hs keep my leg cramps away. It is wonderful.
3 caps am and hs keep my leg cramps away. I could not use anything else. Boron is natural in vegetables. Because we do not grow our veggies anymore, the Boron is depleted in store-bought veggies because the people who grow our veggies have not taken care of the land that they use by planting 3 or more crops and using chemicals to replenish the soil so they can grow more crops. These chemicals do not naturally replenish the boron we get from the veggies.
