Worked well in our 08 Nissan Frontier 6 Speed Manual. Smooth shifting and GL4 spec to protect the syncro rings.

Great product, used in a classic Ferrari gearbox/transaxle which can uses GL4 oils (ie. no helical gears). The MTL is 80 weight, there is an MT90, this in between viscosity is the perfect compromise for low temp performance and still protecting adequately. fyi, these various weight gear oils can be blended if one wanted to even further refine the viscosity.

Redline is simply the best transmission fluid you can buy. I’m using this fluid in a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd with a nv4500. I changed the fluid after about a year for servicing the internal of the transmission and the fluid still looked brand new and no foul odour

The Fluid works great it’s been a month of abusing this truck. Better than others. With the fluids Amazon recommended for the NV4500 I listen to them and bought the wrong kinds. The 1st-2nd there used to be a *CHOMP*. Drained that crap and took the cover off all the way, tried to wipe out what I could. There was metal bits and I feared the worst. Well on forums people recommend MT fluid. Hesitation because of the price, so I come on the jungle website and well they have the fluid I absolutely need, it’s slightly cheaper and it also came with free shipping. Fluid came in early got it in and I let the truck sit over night. Got in the truck drive to work, right away night and Day difference, 1-2 shift the chomp is basically gone. Don’t believe it’ll ever be until rebuild. Also the truck doesn’t jump like the synchros are messed up when I take off in 2nd gear anymore. Which it did that since the day I got it. Probably just wrong fluid it was running or very old fluid with 160k miles on it… but hands down I’d am definitely gonna stock up on their MT fluid for the NV4500.
