Is the shirt see-through?

I think it depends on the color. I have red and green but those are not see thru colors.

I usually get my son 15 1/2.... 32/33 size in stores. There are no neck sizes, so which would be the correct size (Small or Medium)?

I have only tried a Large in this shirt. I recently had my neck measured and it is 16 1/2 inches and this shirt fits my neck well. If I had to guess I would say the medium would likely be 15 1/2. For the sleeve length I have even less information. I wear 34 or 35 in sleeves and my shirt seems to have at least that length sleeves.

For neck size of 19, what size (XXL?) is required?

I'm not sure but my husband wears a small and it fit him perfectly. My son wears a large and it was slightly big in torso but arm length and collar fit perfectly.
