Would most definitely recommend
I recently started wearing these during my period and I LOVES them! I have had ZERO leakages and I’m a heavy flow girlie! They are not uncomfortable at all! They are true to size & the material is a really good quality. Even with washing them (and air drying) they have held up really well! They are definitely worth the money!

Great absorption, comfort and quality!!!
Okay yall. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about these underwear. Firstly make sure you size up one or even two sizes. I am 135 lbs usually wear a medium, I’m glad I went with large because the leg holes are pretty tight, someone with sensory issues may not enjoy. The absorbency is 10/10. I have medium/heavy flows and don’t enjoy tampons and have lately really hated the feel of a pad. These are so comfy and don’t feel too thick at all. The quality is great and actually kinda sucks your gut in. I will be purchasing more of these ❤️

Fits very small
These are sooo good! They're super thick which is a huge plus. The downside is that the 3x fits like a LG so they're super small on me which is very disappointing. Other than that these are a must! Also when I would wear pads I would get a really bad rash but I didn't get any rash with these!

Works so well
I am 47. I have a period since I was 11. the kind where you you feel like a Carrie movie. I never wear tampons and pads are just a no go to much latex and perfume and leakage for me. After years of reusable pads which are great along with the disposable underwear from always but again the perfume etc my poor body needed a break. I have a few pair of the THINX brand high waisted panties and they are awesome I do not have to wear anything else with them and that was my goal , women should not be packing layers and la wa s246yer in our crotch area and bleeding that is just asking for trouble and bad ph balance.. but the price of THINX is high so off to AMAZON I went .. and I saw these... all black which was fine not high waisted which I needed I am a mother of 7 I have had 4 c sections I weigh 213 was 246 when I bought my first 3 pack so I kinda like that over the belly undie.. but hey I was really going for the hold my tears of my uterus for me... When they arrived there was no smell and no odd strings and everything looked good . I washed them and they did not bleed dye and I tossed them in my dryer and all was well.. I am busy so no hand washing and hanging on the line for me .. I use simple dye free fragrance free powder detergent cause these go on my lady bits `and she gets treated like Queen Mother always .. then I waited for my period and they did not disappoint , one pair could last by itself for two hours on my second through 5th days which are my hella no it is not 2 tablespoons of blood total loss during a cycle my butt thank you CDC ... If I have to push 3 hours well lets just say It will start to leak .. some of my cycle days have been so heavy 2 hours resulted in leakage that came through my pants and in my office chair .. thank goodness for leather seats lol I give this information to help those understand I am using these as pads.. so I carry a waterproof bag with two sides (like you would carry cloth diapers) one for clean and one for wet ..I carry while at work 8 hours about 4 pair plus what I left home with and a back up disposable.. I also carry a perri bottle to rinse with .. a trick a learned having babies and from gynecologist... when I get home i toss the whole bag in wash... I own about 10 pair of underwear but with my weight loss I do need to replace the THINX and I will replace with this brand... I cannot say how they do at night time as I do not sleep with anything because at night I use a towel and free bleed per gynecological studies. I have only bought this brand on Amazon and they have the 5 blood drops that clam the super heavy and they have held up to the name .. I will address a few of the issues some have said in their reviews ... the bleaching in the crotch ... ya'll that is you ... our vaginal PH is capable of bleaching our undies at times... it is not the product but you ... nothing is wrong with you it is normal.. .. The only two cons that I have with product are they are all black which is fine but to check to see if they need to be changed I have to run tissue on the underside and edges to see of blood is leaking over .. and because slight ammonia smell that we normally don't smell in our other panties because they are absorbing blood a mucus and slight drops of urine the peri bottle rinse has helped with this of course as does the application and usage of Lume deodorant.. Anyway as a whole not only is this product worth it money wise 3 pair for 20.00 i have 6 pair that have lasted 4 years at least, they do the job so well I mean this no extra pads, no tampons , no cups.. they have not broken me out and caused issues ... period underwear is such a freedom.. So get you some ...

No leaks, but the cut is too low.
I used these for the first time for my full cycle. First, let’s get the con out of the way. The cut was super low. Although they did not fall throughout the day, the top of the back barely makes it to the top of my bottom. The front wasn’t much better. So, if you are looking for a low rise, this is it. The pros. It ABSOLUTELY does the job! It protected and I had zero leaking even during heavy days. Even with the cut being low rise, the padding coverage was fantastic. I felt like I didn’t smell like I always feel I do when using disposable items, and I was more comfortable than when I use disposable products. All around, I am very happy with this product, but I will be looking for a higher rise item. I gave it 3 stars simply because of the overall cut. It is enough that I will be shopping for a higher cut and these will only be my back ups.

Pros Overcome the Cons
I use these as a greener (and more comfortable) substitute for pads. Here are my thoughts: 1) They're comfortable. And they don't leak like pads when I sleep. In fact, I haven't had them leak at all. Yay! 2) The underwear are black, so it can be hard to tell when they're full. But I can usually see where they're damp, and when the damp patch hits the piping along the leg holes, that's a good indicator. 3) I'm 5'3", about 124lb. After reading others' reviews, I bought a Large. They are, well, large on me, fitting more like a Hanes 7 or 8 underwear (I usually wear 6 and they're plenty roomy). 4) They take forever and a day to dry after washing. Like, I'd hang them up by my woodstove and they still weren't dry after 24 hours. I get that they're supposed to be absorbent, but that's just not going to work when I need to use them again! Rolling them in a towel a few times after washing and gently squeezing to get the water to seep into the towel helps a lot, bringing the drying time down to 4-10 hours (depending on conditions and how much water I was able to get out). 5) I haven't yet been able to test these under very sweaty conditions; hopefully they won't leak (I've had issues with other similar underwear, but it's a little cold for that this time of year). Overall, I'm very happy so far with these and hope they'll last for quite a while.

IN A MONTH IT DEVELOPED UNSIGHTLY STAIN
(Warning, ugly photo. Item is washed and dried in the picture) So I purchased this June 20 2022. It is now July. Disappointed. UPDATE: seller emailed me after seeing review and said they'd refund me $1.00. Out of a purchase of $20 that was supposed to last forever, be environmentally friendly, and save money for years. $20.00 for a 3 times use is expensive, please buy another brand. I was curious at discovering their practicality compared to conventional pads. Delivery, fit and absorbency were as described. But after only 1 week of use, all of them developed a stain, like bleached, right at “that” critical site. There’s a bit of red hint in the discoloration but it is 100% well washed and rinsed. It does highlight the spot and looks worn out and ugly. I’ve used them as indicated, washed by hand, hang to dry. Only used natural soaps -no bleaching agents of any type. The rest of the material is still like new -no lint balls, stretching, loss of color. But this discoloration happened only with one week of use, it not acceptable. It makes me uncomfortable to hung them in the clothes line (visible to others) or have them in my drawer because they look dirty! I haven’t reached sellers for a replacement or explanation yet, surprised not to have found this in any reviews but hoping for a good solution. They are not inexpensive but following the description I thought I was making a long time investment that would beat feminine pads. One month of use is not as described, that’s expensive disposable panties. DO NOT RECOMMEND, BUY FROM ANOTHER SELLER.

Comfortable alternative to expensive pads
My daughter loves these. She can’t wear pads they break her out and can’t use tampons. She never has an issue with these. They are good even for heavy flow. Nice reusable alternative to expensive pads

As good as other brands but much cheaper
So currently I have 4 pairs of boots heavy flow, 1 pair of modibody super heavy shorts and 1 pair of modibody teen pants. I was worried because I can be heavy and I’ve read bad reviews from some of these brands, but after a month of spotting I thought I might as well even if it’s just for the super light days. Anyway a few days into using these my period that I thought I missed (and was replaced by spotting) came.. and it’s been coming in rushes of very heavy very suddenly. I did not leak, and they are holding up. Yes I have to replace them a few times a day but I was doing the Same with the modibody and boots ones. I actually prefer the thin material on the non padded bit on these but I would say the padding does show a bit through leggings.. but I personally don’t mind and just adapt my clothing. I imagine for a normal period you could wear these all day, and then a fresh pair for night. For a heavy period you may need to change during the day once or even a few times if it’s very heavy (or you may want to use a tampon too).. but this is the kind of heavy where you use a tampon and a pad and the pad /tampon is full after an hour.. so normal heavy you may not even need to change. Top tip if you do suffer from ‘flooding’ if you go to the loo and dab up some of the excess it allows the menses to be absorbed and no leak. The flooding periods are the only time they feel slightly unsafe(just because it comes quicker then can be absorbed.. but this is my experience with all of these pants.. and tbh they cope pretty well) but absolutely happy with these and the price means they are a no brainer.. let’s see how long they last!

Life changer!
Game changer! After using pads for many, many years I was tired of leakage, being uncomfortable and running to the shop constantly to buy more. I decided to bite the bullet and give these a go and I am not disappointed! I have since bought another 3 pairs and I will buy some for my daughter too. So far they have not leaked and have washed well no staining and the stitching has held well. They take a bit of getting used too at the beginning although they are comfortable they do feel abit like a nappy but I'd much rather that then going back to pads and risk a leak. And not to mention the long term financial costs of buying pads every month these already have saved me money and I've only had them a month or 2. And obviously the environmental benefit of using reusable is a massive bonus. They cover great and fit well for reference I am a size 8 and bought a small.

Really useful
These are really great. They are comfortable, don't come too high up on the stomach/waist which makes a change from lots of period pants which don't look like normal underwear whereas these just look and feel really ordinary. They give a lot of comfort and help ease the anxiety of any leaking on heavier days.
