I’m glad I can still have hibachi at home

I LOVE these sauces! Brings back my childhood in my kitchen. I have purchased this variety pack several times. Unfortunately this time I received the wrong item. I ordered a variety pack and received all Miso Ginger. Even the box is labeled incorrectly as a variety pack. Makes me nervous to order again. Especially when these are priced so unreasonably high. May the odds be ever in your favor.

I ordered thinking that the yellow sauce would be like the mustard sauce from the Japanese steak house. ( it showed up when I searched for mustard sauce). it's not. much more bland. closer to a yum yum. a bit too sweet for my taste.

This sauce pack is very versatile and taste pretty good. My favorite is the teriyaki bottle because it taste really good in stir fry or even with meat and any vegetables. I also like the ginger miso sauce especially for salads. It is a little thicker than salad dressing but it has a really nice ginger uumani taste. The yellow sauce is my least favorite as it reminds me of mustard and I don’t really like mustard. Overall, these sauce taste great and can be used on almost anything!

Gojo Japanese Sauce Variety Pack is a delicious trio of sauces from the creators behind the Gojo Japanese Steakhouse that was in Kansas City. The sauces include The Original Yellow Sauce, Miso Ginger Famous House Dressing, and Hibachi Style Teriyaki Glaze & Baste. Two of the bottles are 12.5oz (The Original Yellow Sauce and Miso Ginger Famous House Dressing) and one bottle is 13.5oz (Hibachi Style Teriyaki Glaze & Baste). I thought the sauce collection is very clever as all three can be used in one meal if you choose. The Miso Ginger can be used to dress your salad, the Teriyaki to coat your choice of protein whether it is beef, chicken, lamb, or seafood, and the Yellow Sauce can top your rice or compliment your cooked meat. I paired the Hibachi Style Teriyaki Sauce with stir-fried chicken. It was a velvety smooth sauce that balanced sweet and savory notes that was delicious with the chicken. The sauce includes familiar ingredients like soy sauce, sake, garlic powder, and ginger powder. I really liked that the sauce was not overly sweet as some teriyaki sauces can taste. I topped our side salads with the Miso Ginger Famous House Dressing. Of the three sauces this was my favorite. It was a creamy dressing that balances a symphony of flavors including nutty sesame, earthy miso, aromatic ginger, onion and garlic, and tangy notes from rice vinegar. The Original Yellow Sauce is a creamy, buttery sauce, with a tangy finishing note. It was a tasty sauce that we used to dip grilled shrimp. My teenager followed the mention on the bottle of adding some to freshly steamed white rice. She loved this sauce so much that she went for a second bowl of rice with the yellow sauce topping. It was a flavorful trio of sauces that made the meal memorable. Each 2 tablespoon serving of sauce varies in calories between 35 (Teriyaki), 45 (Original Yellow), and 110 (Miso Ginger). This set would make a wonderful gift for a loved one or as a treat yourself present. The sauces will require refrigeration once they are opened. The best by date for the product that I received is 4 months from the date that I received it. The manufacturer also has mouth watering recipes to try on their website that includes each of the sauces. The recipes range from Miso Ginger Cold Noodles to Miso Ginger Roasted Salmon to Teriyaki Pulled Pork to Crispy Baked Teriyaki Wings to Yellow Sauce Coconut Shrimp and Yellow Sauce Breakfast Pizzas. There are actually 3 pages of recipes that are easy to follow and use ingredients that can either be found already in your home kitchen or at your local supermarket. I love that the manufacturer provided so many delicious recipes to try. Overall, this is a delectable trio of sauces that I will definitely add again to my Amazon cart. I recommend that you give it a try.

I have been looking for a dup for my Japanese restaurant's yellow sauce. This tastes like straight mustard. The ginger dressing is decent but a little weird. It's fine but I won't order again.
