Absolutely Delicious in my pie!

Great for baking
This stuff is great for baking (cookies, breakfast bars etc.). I don't understand why it is unheard of in the U.S. when it is an iconic product in England. Only wish they would carry it at Whole Foods.

Unique tasting sweetener
I know only one recipe which uses this item but I know there are many more. It adds a unique sweetness more complex in taste than refined sugar.
