Perfect for hanging a tv or security monitor from kitchen cabinet
Perfect for my use , however in order for you to swing tv or monitor up outta the way you can enter has to be deeper than monitor is tall and mounted out on the front edge , I don’t Intend to swing mine up so I mounted way back in the corner , to keep it off counter and still look nice , I’d buy again very sturdy , and easy to install …

Sturdy and nice.
This cannot direct install under a cabinet. The screws require it to be installed under something that has something strudy like a stud. The underbelly of my cabinet was deep enough. (i had planned for under cabinet lighting). SoI bought steel L angles (https://www.amazon.com/review/review-your-purchases/?asin=B07QQJZ4XY&channel=ec_non_dgc_srl-thankyou&ref_=ryp_hz_thnk_l_13), attached it to the wall stud, and screwed a 2 in (nominal) ( 8 in x 8 in) piece of wood into the steel angle (other side of the L) and the cabinet. Then attached the monitor bracket to the wood square. My cabinet is 24 inches above the coutertop, like a desk area.I would have preferred this to be longer, currently it is much closer to the cabinet than the countertop giving a neck pain to look up to the monitor while working.

Sturdy Design But......
The design is very sturdy, adjustable and works well under our kitchen cabinet with a 24 inch diagonal TV that weighs about seven pounds. It does rotate plus and minus 90 degrees which was helpful to us mounting and folding under a corner cabinet. Not enough room to fold up into the corner with the size of the TV. Agree with others that it does not stay in the vertical or plus 110 degrees facing slightly upward even with adjusting the tensioner according to the instructions. Ended up with a seven inch tall jar between the counter top and bottom of the TV to hold it in desired position. That is why the four stars rather than five. This device is identical to others selling for more money and is imported from China.

Works Great in my RV
I set this up for my work area in my RV. It allows me to keep the monitor up and out of the way when I'm driving, as it hangs in front of the back window. It easily pops down when I'm ready to use it.It was pretty easy to install in my RV, but I did need to put a board in the cabinet to provide more support. This isn't an issue with the monitor arm, but with standard RV construction, ie. little wall or cabinet cross beams inside.

Great mount; not for under cabinet
This was a very easy and functional tv mount but would not work for under cabinet mount with the 2.5 inch screws sent to mount it to the cabinet. It is way too long and would poke through the bottom of the cabinet into the dishes/glassware/cabinet contents. My prior RV had the correct type of mount that screwed down v up.

Falls down on bumpy roads
I bought this to hold a tablet in my van. I take out the tablet while driving but the mount still falls down on a bumpy road. I wish it had a button you push to make it extend but you just push up and then pull down.

Great mount
This mount worked great for my 24” tv in my RV. It does swivel +- 45 degrees from side to side. I read a review where a lady was using a jar behind her tv after mounting it because the tv was tilting at an angle. There are end caps at the side of swivel point that you can pull off to expose an Allen wrench adjustable nut. Tilt the tv to desired position, tighten Allen nuts, replace end caps, done. Really great tv mount.

A space saver in an RV.
It works great. The TV stays up against the bottom of a storage cabinet in my RV.
