Premium Durable Flame Resistant 12oz FR Pullover Hoodie,60% Modycrylic Dark Navy, XL

I ordered one of Dave's Flame Resistant Pullover Hoodie Sweatshirts (X-Large) on November 12th, with an expected delivery date of November 21st. I figured with the holidays approaching that there may be some flex on the delivery date. About a week after the expected delivery date, I started to wonder. I went to Dave's Amazon Storefront to find contact information to make sure that I hadn't missed something or given the wrong information on accident. I noticed immediately that there were several "Negative" comments about Dave and products that had not been delivered. I did a little reading and realized that the others that had not been delivered were all purchased about the same time that I made my order. Something didn't seem right. Instead of jumping to conclusions, I decided to contact Dave and ask him if everything was OK. You never know if there was a death in the family, the business burned down, etc...I sent him and email and just asked if something had happened. He responded within the hour and explained that the SHIPPING company had messed something up and that all of our products had been shipped to Korea. He was in the process of having everything shipped back to a Texas Amazon Distribution Center. Once they arrived in Texas, he contacted me and let me know the status. Within a day or so he contacted me again to let me know that the SHIPPING company had once again messed something up.Dave IMMEDIATELY shipped me a brand new sweatshirt, utilizing a DIFFERENT shipping company and had expedited 2 day shipping, all out of HIS pocket.I received the sweatshirt last night, and I am VERY impressed with the quality, fit and style! We've had our first cold front come through today with rain and I've been very comfortable and warm.The FR tag is prominent on the bottom of the center pocket, yet not goofy looking. The minimalist "Dave Ocean 33" logo is on the left chest and adds a bit of professionalism to the shirt. The short zipper appears to be high quality and the hoodie strings have the clamps on the end so that you don't lose the string inside the hood.I will buy from here again for the simple fact that he went above and beyond without being asked... this shows character. Someone who is willing to stand behind their product this much probably has a high quality product.

My husband loves this. He said it blocks out the cold wind. This was perfect for him sense he doesn't like to wear heavy coats at work, just the right weight and very soft.

Ordered a larger size that being i wear the hoodie over other outer clothing.Would have liked a full zipper, but with the cost no problem.Will use Dave Ocean products again.
