Easy to install when replacing a similar switch
replaced a failed switch with this. solved my problem and took only minutes to change due to the screws and it was replacing an identical item. previous switch lasted 15+ years

A little fragile but works
I had to replace this myself when I got a new front door. The alarm vendor wanted $200 for what took me literally less than 10 minutes to replace. I particularly like how easy it is to install the wire contacts. you'll need a tiny regular screwdriver, but slip in the wire and screw the setting and it's done! The plastic is a little flimsy so be careful when you install it not to snap off the outside part where the screws go through, but once installed it's as good any your alarm company would install.

Replaced ADT door button switch
No problems so far,no false alarms

Replaced broken switch
Replaced old door alarm switch that was giving false alerts after door was replaced. Simple to install fixed issue started after guys who replaced old door broke the old sensor.
