I grew up with Lego and dabbled in Minecraft but ignored the crossover sets until now. But now as I collect minifigures and want a section of video game characters with the recent release of Sonic and future release of Aloy, I wanted to add Steve to the shelf.The pig and chicken are babies but can be made into adults with fairly common pieces and the exclusive and rarerparts you need are all here. the red creeper has baffled many in the AFOL sphere since creepers flash white when they're about to explode. I personally would've preferred a green one and that would've made this set far more amassable, but I understand kids that have been collecting these sets since the beginning have an army of green creepers and would want some variety.As for the blocks, nice blocky starter piece of terrain made of classic bricks and plates that are becoming rarer and rarer as Lego makes more specialized and smoother parts.For a $10 minecraft set this is exactly what I'd hope for.

These are cool. They are 1” by 1” blocks that connect magnetically and have a “Minecraft” theme to them. Kids of all ages love them and they are easily to play with. Each set comes with its own storage bag as well. The only downfall is that you have to buy multiple sets in order to build anything substantial. We have 8 boxes of these in various packs and we can build a small village. They are durable enough for kids that like to throw everything around. They function well for encouraging creatively and problem solving with our boys (8,9 years). I recommend these if you’re willing to spend decent money.

This was purchased as a gift. I did not see the contents of the box but recipient was happy with the gift.
