is it ok if i didnt was all of it out? pet is still a little greasy in spots. will that dry on it's own?

No. While it won’t hurt, you need to rinse it completely out. It’s similar to over conditioning human hair. You may have to rewash and thoroughly rinse again.

Is this supposed to be used before or after conditioner? Also, how often can this be used?

Working in a grooming salon, I have always used it as conditioner, and so have the groomers around me. It's extremely hydrating. Some use it on their own hair.

Does this product help with Dematting.? I’m have a Maltese and she gets matted around her tail area

It helps with de-shedding dogs. You have a dog that has hair that grows, so its a bit different but yes this can help to a degree. This will not help if the pet is matted to the skin or large matts, this will only help for smaller matts. Your pet needs to be brushed with a slicker brush and metal comb. You can try doing this while product is on the dog. Make sure that you can get the metal comb through the hair down to the skin.

does this product help with fleas?

No it will not help with fleas. it helps with dry skin, rough coat/ hair, dander, and shedding leave on for a few minutes and brush through with a RAKE brush wait 5 minutes and rinse.
