Both me and my daughter (5yr) have a long bob, I thought it would be easier to buy a barrel brush to use instead of our old flat brush. I’ve had barrel brushes before years ago so picked this one as it looked similar to what I’d had before. Sadly I didn’t focus on the size it’s huge! Completely my fault as it’s stated clearly I just looked at the shape. The quality is excellent and although I’m sure the extra pokey bit to section hair is super useful I decided not to use it around my daughter just incase of accidents! I’ve used this brush on us both *see photos* as expected it’s too big for my daughter I couldn’t curl her hair under very well but her hair sat nice and straight and didn’t stick out. On myself I managed a soft curl under which I actually really like. The bristles grip the hair really well, the handle feels too soft but then there’s a finger grip area which really helps when you’re turning the brush and that makes up for the exceptionally smooth handle. Overall excellent brush, check the size I’d say if your hair is shorter than shoulder length definitely get the smaller size than this one.

Good quality hairbrush. I have mid length/ long hair and found this larger barrel to be perfect for styling my hair. Easy to hold/ grip the handle part. Highly recommend.

Good brush in itself I guess, but, caused my hair static. Not all bristles are bore bristles. Mix synthetic, and is pretty harsh on scalp.

Good sized brush. Not too heavy. The bristles are quite hard and can hurt your neck if you catch it.

This brush has a perfect size and weight for use when blow drying longer hair and the "pick" in the handle is very useful. My hair was definitely smoother and styled well with this brush. Unfortunately, I found that the bristles are quite rigid and occasionally a little painful on a sensitive scalp. Although the brush is advertised as anti-static I have had several static shocks from the metal on the barrel. That being said, my hair has never been static after use.
