I loved it, it was the solution to my back pain, it is soft but firm.

At 6'2 / 300lbs there was no way one of those bed in a box beds was gonna be comfortable for me. We spent Big money on big beds from big name stores as a rule. But after a flood we didnt expect, and in a hurry with no planned money set aside....we bought a Dream Cloud. And in have to admit I was WRONG . Dream Cloud is ,. without contest,. the most perfectly comfortable , absolutely supportive , cool temperature mattress i have ever owned. ...i just love it. Jjc UPDATE: SEPT 2024" STILL ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THIS MATTRESS. COULD NOT HAVE MADE A BETTER CHOICE.

We bought this mattress back in September and I have been struggling. My husband loves it but my back is killing me every morning, the closer to the middle I sleep the better it is for my back but then that leaves so little room for him and it's not fair. So we finally called it and decided to return it. The return was simple online and they called to schedule a pick up time for the returned mattress. We did run into some hiccups with a $130 restocking fee after the 30 day window but it turned out it was because we had ordered other items at the same time and those didn't have the 100 day return window that the mattress has (through Amazon policy). The woman helping us was excellent and covered all of the possibilities so they'll make sure we get the full refund. My only suggestion to you, if you decide to purchase this, is to purchase it by itself JUST IN CASE! In order to make the return easier on you and whoever you are working with in the event you need to.

This product broke down within 6 months. I have owned it for a year and it is in worse shape then the mattress I replaced for it that was owned for 6 years....

Builds up heat over nite and becomes too hot. Top layer delaminated fm mattress and created a lump in the middle. Nice when new, but does not hold up for the long run.

So I bought this mattress December 2024 with the hopes that this would be the best overall peaceful rest investment to date. And if not, at least it would be easy to exchange or return. Well here we are 7 months later and my lower back is waking me up aching, climbing out of bed unable to stand upright - tight as a rubber band. Submitted message Amazon who only gives 100 day or less return window. Found direct number for mattress company and they can’t acessation Amazon order# but they have a group specializing in Amazon Accts available only during the week. Today is Sunday July 20, 2025 and I am promised to hear back tmrw. I asked how long this return/exchange process takes because I need a good nights sleep and Gab stated that in rush cases, they recommend purchasing firmer mattress straight away as they will refund me for returned item or at least that’s how they handle non Amazon transactions. We shall see. Update pending.

I dont like the sides as they collapse when your sitting on edge of bed which makes it impossible to sit on the bed. The firmness feel is ok, could be a tad softer.

I am so happy I did not honor the negative reviews left by others on this mattress. Currently theeee BEST mattress I’ve ever slept on. Tearful how comforting and sturdy this bed is. The perfect firmness without feeling like the floor with the right amount of softness to hug you. Solid purchase!!
