I was unsure of ordering this set since the reviews seemed very mixed & so had the results of the plates & the outcome of the stamper through the mailing process.. However, my stamper came in one piece & works like a charm! I had seen people saying some designs weren't etched deep enough which can commonly happen with things like this. I haven't tried EVERY design, but I at least tested 3 on each plate just to see how they'd work before leaving a review. Every design I tried came out extremely well. I wasn't using proper stamping polish however with all of them, so it was kind of trial & error, but the ones I did use the right nail polish on, they all worked flawlessly. I cannot wait to start using these on my nails now ASAP the next time I do them. All the designs are really beautiful & I've always wanted a clear stamper so it's easier to apply the design to the nail & it worked perfectly with every attempt I did. For the price, this set is extremely worth it! Especially if you're new to this, I think this set is very easy to use. I've been using stamping plates for a year now almost & I found these to be equally as good as the ones by PUEEN that I've paid $3.99 for for just ONE plate at Walmart, at least with this I got 5, which was way more worth it & more designs on each plate. The only negative thing about it is just the cleaning process of the plates is a little bit of a pain. I think the designs are etched so well, some of the edges are a little sharp, so when I try to use a cotton ball with the acetone or a tissue, it seems to catch or shred them a little, lol. But as long as I can clean them, it's not too big of a deal, I'm not taking the rating down for that, just wanted to warn people about it. I'm not sure what else to use to clean them honestly, but right now I'm pleased with this order & would recommend these.

I use OPI Gel polish with an LED lamp. However, I wasn’t sure if I should use it on top of the 2 colored coat or on top of the top coat. I ended up trying on top of my gel top coat was cured. I tried several brands and colors, with one specific design I wanted, but only one of the gel color worked, but was too light to be visible on top of my light pink base. So i took it off and started trying with regular polish. Essie, no luck. So I tried Sally Hansen Miracle Gel (which is a quick drying lamp less polish), and bingo. It worked. Now i found if you’re trying to reuse the same design twice, you have to clean it in between (with acetone) and you really have to scrub, otherwise it won’t work. Now it can get messy, and if you used regular polish and you’re using that hand to clean, then the work you’ve done so far will come off. It can also get messy. BUT when it works, it looks so awesome! I found some designs work better than others (perhaps they were engraved in the metal, deeper than other). Anyway, it takes practice. I was ready to return it, but glad i didn’t! The stamper is squishy and great. I cleaned it with tape. The polish will come off. Be gentle though, it seems very delicate. The kit came without instructions so I had to pretty much guess everything I was doing and practice what works best.

ad these in my shopping cart a while until I had a little extra money to spend on a treat for myself. The day finally came and I got these in the mail. If you have been watching a lot of nail art videos you will have seen plates like these. It looks really easy in the videos and is in fact fairly easy to do, but don't be disappointed to find that there is, in fact, a bit of a learning curve, especially with your non-dominant hand. I would recommend doing a base coat of some polish you like all right but don't spend time doing a nice ombre when you are first learning this technique. If you mess up on the stamp there isn't any way to get it off without re-doing the whole nail, so to get the techniqe down, keep it simple, expect to make some mistakes. Relax and keep the polish remover handy. It doesn't take that long to learn though and soon you'll pick it up. Your imagination will suddenly start coming up with nail art ideas and you'll see them in your head while doing the dishes or folding laundry haha The plates are well made. They come mounted on a plastic-coated paper card which I guess could eventually fall apart if you get it wet. Take care, therefore, not to swipe it with an overload of polish remover when you clean it. I found that wiping it was necessary between every three or four imprints. You have to put polish on it each time, though. The stamper will pick up all the polish from the grooves. I liked the little scraper thing. It does what it should. It's about the thickness of a credit card but slightly more flexible. If you lose it you can probably use a hotel room key or similar. Have something handy to wipe the scraped polish onto so you don't get it on your desk. I used a shop towel that already had paint on it. The little stamper thing is weird. The end is a clear jelly that can come out unexpectedly. It can easily pick up fuzz but you can remove that with a piece of tape. The jelly is easy to tear so be careful with it when you put it back in the holder. I don't know if you can get replacement ends but if you find them you might want to pick up a few. Mine tore the first session I used it, but in a place where I can still use it. I will try to repair it using a silicone based adhesive if it gets worse. 5+ stars for the plates and scraper, 3 for the stamper.

As others have said, the stamper is awful. It began crumbling apart before I had even stamped all 10 of my fingers, when using it for the 1st time. The plates are very shallow, so regular liquid polish didn't work, no matter how quick I was. It just dried too fast. I had to use polish specifically meant for stamping. Nail art pens also worked okay. I knew the plates had sharp edges, and was careful with them, but I still managed to give myself a cut. So if you give this set to a youngster, you may want to tape the edges for safety. I might do that for myself, actually. 😄 The scraper tool was curved up and not at all flat or level, so not super useful. But the main part--the designs etched into the plates--work pretty well and are generally the right size for nails. I will keep using them-- just with other stamper & scraper tools.

I was really excited to get these because I’ve seen similar products on social media and I really enjoy doing my nails. When they came in they looked super cute and I tried them out immediately. THEY DO NOT WORK. In the description it states they can be used with other gel polishes. They can not. After my failed attempt to use them (I tried for a while) they needed to be cleaned. They are EXTREMELY hard to clean even when is in a q tip. Also they are metal and I got cut on the sharp edges. Deep gash in my pinky. These are not worth the money and even if they do work they suck to clean.

It's better to see youtube videos and start doing this. It is a great starter kit for beginners. I have only used the bc-04 plate but am very happy with it. The stamp might not need prepping as it comes a bit sticky already but just to be on the sage side i did prep it. First i wash with soap water (by just dipping it a few times. Then i rinsed it off with in a bowl of clean water. Then i used a nail file to buff it. It was ready for use that time. As the videos suggest i did use a light hand and did a rolling motion for the stamp to pick up the design. I used the same rolling motion to apply it as well. In between each stamping, i cleaned up the pattern with nail polish remover. Please be sure to dry off the plate after using the remover coz if you dont the stamp doesnt come out that well as it makes the nail polish thin. You can use any nail polish with it as long as the consistency of the polish is neither too thin (the design becomes runny) nor to thick (it dries too fast before you even transfer it). The manual itself mentions do not use nail polish remover on the clear stamp itself.

Yes, it’s a learning curve and yes, my hands need hydrating, but this kit is a lot if fun to use! The patterns aren’t as complicated to use, as they don’t need centering, just need to have enough on the stamp to cover your whole nail. I made sure I put brush-on latex tape around my nails to allow for the pattern to go outside the nail in irder to make sure it covered everything. The latex tape turned out to be the most complicated part, because part lf it got on the nail polish and took off bits lf the polish itself when I was peeling it off. Maybe I should have waited longer for every layer to dry also, but I didn’t have the patience. Also, the kind of nail polish you use matters, my white wasn’t very opaque, so it doesn’t give as much of a contrast on top of the black as vice versa. Either way, this is fun to use and I’ll be playing with it more! I don’t know about the “plate” people were talkinh about in other reviews, mine didn’t come with one. I put a paper towel underneath it when I used it and it was fine. I also made sure to put a top coat on to preserve the pattern. I cleaned the silicone stamp with some tape between uses and it came perfectly clean. The templates I cleaned with nail polish remover. They did fine too.

This kit is cheap, but works fantastic! This was my first try with a stamp tool and I gotta say it was super easy, now I just gotta get the technical down for no negative spaces. I definitely would recommend upgrading your stamp and scraper but for a beginner this is perfect! The stamp I didn’t have issues with it falling out, but it is hard to see where your going since it’s double sided. The scraper is seriously a plastic logo card, definitely order a new one, the red paint stained the card even after wiping right away lol, again it works, but not as smooth as it could be. The stamp plates are small and portable, lots to choose from, and the paint is thick and easy to work with. Very vibrant!

Die Stempelvorlagen sind super und entsprechen genau der Abbildung. Der Stamper funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Muster überträgt sich ohne Probleme und die Stanzungen sind auch tief genug. In einigen Rezensionen liest man immer, dass die Farbe nicht übertragen wird und angeblich die Stanzungen nicht ausreichend tief sind. Das ist aber Quatsch. Das die Farbe nicht übertragen wird, liegt daran, dass man sich mit dem Prozedere zu lange Zeit lässt. Dadurch, dass nur eine dünne Schicht Naggellack zurück bleibt, trocknet diese auch sehr schnell...Man muss sich schon ein bisschen beeilen mit dem stempeln. Farbe drauf, abziehen und leicht mit dem Gelstamper rüberrollen, dann klappt alles perfekt. Ich bin sehr zufriedenen habe gleich weitere Produkte gekauft. Daumen hoch, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

This thing is tiny. The stamper is not see through. Not fun to use at all.

I am a complete beginner when it comes to nails. To the point where I'm not even using this on myself, I'm just practicing on fakes. This set comes with everything you need. The colours are strong and look great and all the patterns have a great variety. The stamping pad comes with a spare head and a cover to keep hairs off. My only complaint is the pink book storage, it spins around in circles and just feels awkward to use and see. It's double-sided and comes with plenty of spare space, but I might disassemble it and put them elsewhere. Also, It didn't come with a card or something to smear the colour across. I luckily got a tiny plastic one from another set, but just keep it in mind that you'll have to find one before you start. I tried the roses, it was a bit smudged, but that might be a skill issue on my end, isopropyl alcohol on a tiny brush helped clean up my mistakes easily.

Estoy totalmente satisfecha con esta compra. Es perfecta. El sello es blando y estampa genial, muy fácil y cómodo de usar. Ves perfectamente cómo estás poniendo el diseño en la uña, y estampa a la primera. Los diseños preciosos y muy bien grabados. Todo es estupendo. Para mí es una compra maestra, a cualquiera que le interese un kit completo para estampar se lo recomiendo totalmente. Y por un precio muy bajo. Muy contenta.
