Easy to use, taste is not unpleasant, dissolves more easily than other options I have tried, but is more expensive than those options. I appreciate that for most people the main criterion for a review is if this works to resolve their problem. For me it does, but that may not be true for everyone. So this review will focus on criteria other than efficacy. I find fybogel extremely easy to use. It comes in separate single dose sachets the contents to be dissolved in 150ml of water. The packets require ripping open, I have found this does not result in excessive spillage of the contents, but it may be a consideration for those with dexterity problems. The contents of the packets are finely powdered which means that it dissolves into water with a little stirring. There is very little solid residue left upon drinking the solution. This contrasts with other Ispaghula husk sources I have tried which are much coarser and do not dissolve as easily. The downside is that fybogel is significantly more expensive than these other options. The orange taste is not unpleasant, reminiscent of orange squash.
