Do it
If you have a tundra and plan to do upper balljoints you should buy this kit. Or you can do what I did, which was say that spending $50 on a piece of metal was ridiculous, drive to the harbor fate and buy a 4wd kit for multiple vehicles, try for an hour to get three pieces to hold together while I fought an incredibly tough ball joint, cursing the whole time and struggling like a beached whale in the driveway. You can do that, or you can order this kit and the cap will seamlessly mate up with the ball joint allowing you to easily push it out. Well, it was easy after I also got a 24 inch 1/2 drive ratchet to break the ball out. Heat also helps.

Hours of time averted
OTC 6733 Asian Vehicle Ball Joint Adapter Update KitUsed for a 2001Toyota Tacomoa Pre-runner 4x2. Without this kit I would have wasted many more hours than I already did.Just buy it, or make sure the ball joint press you are using has the right size.p.s. when reviewing stuff, please add what type of vehicle, or product you are using it on!

Be aware
Although the product seems to be well built, you will not receive all the parts needed to remove or install the upper ball joint on a first gen Tundra. a second adapter is needed which, has to be purchase and you will need a longer Frame press opening to accommodate the adapters length. I decide not to go down this ridiculous amount of trouble buying a larger Frame press (if you can find one) and all the adapters need to do the Job. I had a local machine shop do the job and a much lower price.

Required for Toyota/Honda ball joints...
If you've got a 1st Gen Tundra and wish to replace your own upper ball joints, these tools will be essential. No ball joint removal kit will have the adapters that you need. I just replaced mine, and I couldn't have done it without this tool.

One adapter already rusted
Product came with one adapter rusted. Appears to have already been used. I expected a new product so am disappointed. Appears to still be usable just don't like receiving a used product when I pay for new.Adapters feel nice and heavy. Seem to be of good quality. Other adapter looked brand new, nicely oiled and no rust.

01 Toyota Tundra
Must have for replacing upper ball joints on an 01 tundra. I rented the kit from autozone and tried every variation I could think of but couldn't come up with anything. I still needed some of the autozone kit but I couldn't have done it without but these.
