I like the Kwikset Halifax Door Handle Lever Privacy Door Lock, it seems to work well and is comfortable to use. However, this item arrived with absolutely NO fitting instructions whatsoever. Having been an engineer I managed to figure it out, but as it was replacing an existing handle a ‘Cut-out pattern’ at the very least would have been useful.

Good quality product, easy to install - but you will need a small portable level when installing because it has some play until you bolt it into position. Has a good solid feel when operating the door lever. Adds some glamour to the house especially with the sleek looking lock-button.

The Kwikset Halifax door handle was a great addition to my home. I really like the clean, modern design and it gives the door a more updated and polished look without requiring a major renovation. The handle feels solid, operates smoothly, and the privacy lock works exactly as expected. Installation was straightforward as well. A simple upgrade that made a noticeable difference, and I’m very happy with the quality.
