Love these
Yes they're big(ger) but i find them easy to swallow. There's a little salty coating to the tablet that's interestingly pleasant. I look forward to taking these. so much better than garden of life organic prenatal gummies. Night and day.

Did not agree with me
I like the idea of getting my vitamins from food. So this product appealed to me, especially that it was inexpensive. It was hard to remember 3x a day. But after a couple weeks I realized the vitamins were making me feel slightly queasy and icky. I also think it made my heart rate increase a little and affected my sleep (maybe the tea extract??). I switched and all of that was gone the next day.

It’s good
It seems to be as intended. Reviewing vitamins is kinda complicated but my SL had no issues taking this one. Actually seem to do the job and the price / amount is really good

Real Vitamin
Love that this product is actually made from foods and not synthetic vitamins. I will be looking into regular vitamins once my pregnancy is over.

Made from whole / natural organic pronounceable vegetarian and "known" sources, Easy to take.
Whole foods:This vitamin is made from natural sources.. all plant or fungus based. I know what every ingredient is and can pronounce it.AmlaMoringaHoly BasilTeaSunflower seedCarrotSpinachShiitake (mushroom)Curry LeafCoconutParsleyAchioteLichen (Algae+Fungus)GarlicTaste:The vitamin has a good coating so you will not taste anything if taken quickly, if you do get a taste of the vitamin it well frankly taste like a daily multivitamin.Easy to take:The pill is easy to swallow and easy on a full stomach. We took it spaced out 3 times a day (one per meal) for maximum absorption.Nutrition:The vitamin has a good amount of essential vitamins for prenatal conditioning including B6,B12 folate, d3. It does also have iron, vitamins A and C, iodine. This is one of the most complete profiles for a prenatal vitamin.Absorption / Bioavailability:The whole food sourcing means that the nutrients can be gradually absorbed (as opposed to "flushed") and are in a "biological" form instead of a "factory produced/artificial" form. In short you will actually get the nutrients in a useable form in your system.Final thoughts:This vitamin is excellent quality and a great price for a naturally whole food sourced vitamin. I highly recommend them.

Hard to swallow
I can get past smell or taste, but these pills are really hard to swallow. I thought they’d be a great alternative to the Garden of Life brand I normally buy, but the coating on the vitamins is dry and they get stuck easily. Additionally, several were broken into many pieces. While the cost is much more reasonable than most whole food vitamins, I can’t finish the bottle and won’t buy again.
