Fingerprint No. 2: The Evolution of Handmade Elements in Graphic Design

I LOVE this book. It is a great book to get ideas and inspiration from especially if you are trying to get away from using the computer so much. It's always refreshing to take your eyes off the computer screen and take out an exacto knife, ruler, and a #2 pencil. Wonderful book, wonderful quotes, and wonderful ideas.

I bought this for my daughter who is a graphic designer. She picked it out since it was a birthday present and I wanted to give her something that would help in her profession.

Love this book! It is more about images as examples, not much text at all.It is great if you are looking for inspirations for your work and new ideas!

The work in this was not as appealing to me as Fingerprint No. 1, but that's only subjective. I still managed to find a few gems in this one... just not quite enough to suit my tastes. I was hoping for more things that look illustrated as if they had a textural and dimensional quality to them.

Great examples of hand crafted design and the designers who created them. I suggest this for any designer or design student who wishes to get back to hand craft.

The book was in a very good condition for a cheap price. I am very happy with my purchase of this book.

This book, along with Fingerprint no.1 is a great book, full of interesting and inspiring design ideas. If you're a designer, these books are definitely worth getting for your personal library!
