Good enough
I bought this the try it out and it does the job I have a real multi volt 36/18 and this works perfect between charges. Only thing I have to say is it’s a little tight to release other than that I got what I expected for the price . I’d definitely buy 1 again if I had to

Small cells lighter duty than OEM
These batteries have 18650's NOT 21700 CELLS. As such they do drain faster and do overheat easier than the OEM's. Probably not an issue for hobby/home use; but use at max discharge on 36v chopsaw, bandsaw, or sds drill is not advised.

Do not buy its a waste of money
I had this since January 23rd very light use. April 23rd I installed a ceiling fan in my home and this battery worked for 1 hour then it would not run my tools. It must be designed to fail right after the return window. I would not recommend this item take your money and buy the real thing.

Got the metabo battery quick . Battery fit good no problem with charging time will see how many years it keeps working đź‘Ť

While the fully charged battery does last a long time, I'm having problems getting it to fully charge when its time.

Works fine for my tools...
While I am a huge Makita fan, I now have a couple Metabo cordless tools, an impact driver and a compact brad nailer. This battery works just fine in those two tools. Fits the tools no problem and works as it should. Put it on the charger and it charges. So far so good.I do not have any 36V tools, so can not tell you how it works on those. Honestly I don't know how it does 18V and 36V. If it does 36V it has to be lower capacity. It is a good looking battery, seems well made enough for what it is. Nice and bright level gauge.I don't know the price as I type this, so I can't say if it's a good deal or not. I'd say, being a replacement battery, it should be in the $40 range or so.So far I really like it and would recommend.
