First time they did not deliver the order and the order was canceled.When it arrived next time, they sent a defective piece which did not work at all.The finishing too was poor esp on the back side.They have not given a slot to hang the clock but just a metal holder and the watch does not hang properly on the wallThere is no seconds hand to the clock which is quite a stupid deign in todays age. We have no means to know at a glance if the clock stops working.Overall a very unsatisfactory experience and a poor product.Do not buy.
