Can this be Overcharged

Hello I just got mine , charged it with the supplied charger and cord it shut off at 100% , So I would say no if you use supplied charger.

Does it jump start motorcycle and car lithium ion batteries?

As far as I can tell this is for 12vt starting systems only

Yes, it has polarity protection

A defective unit? I only have a solid red light when plugging into battery and when correctly connecting to car battery.

Same here. No buzzing or noise of any sort. Polarity is correct. Still steady red showing in the “correct” led window. 90% charged. It’s fair new and seldom used.
