According to experts, the resistance levels of both TheraBand Latex Free bands and Latex bands are the same. The only difference - these bands are latex free! Always consult with your physician to see if you may be allergic to anything, especially latex. Symptoms of a latex allergy include: hives, itching, swelling, sneezing, cough, chest tightness, nausea, etc.
