Great taste and protein content
This is one of the few "creamy/milky" pre-made shakes I drink as I'm a big fan of the clear protein water mixes. The protein content is high and perfect for what I need daily- as I also consume a protein breakfast bar and drink 2 protein waters. The vanilla shake is creamy and smooth and definitely not chalky or chunky.

Taste great! These help you heal after surgery per my nurse. I tried it and it did work after surgery for med helps you get better faster

Muscle Milk Genuine Vanilla Creme Protein Shake
The package was excellent boxed up. Thank you and arrived in time. The first two bottles Vanilla Creme Protein Shake tasted great! The third bottle tasted like Chemicals. I also had a second person taste it and said the same. Don't think I will be trying anymore of this product.

Lactose free & good.
Very good. The big plus is this brand is LACTOSE FREE! We like to pour ours over crushed ice, then add 3 squirts of the Previsto sugar-free favorite syrup. (Like they use in coffee). Irish creme is a good one, as is Marshmellow, or Raspberry. Then we also add some LACTOSE free milk & stir. Makes a great shake.

Great source of protein
There are 2 features I like. One version is flavor and the other is calories/sugar. The 30gms proteins has significant amt sugar in it. The 25 gm protein has no sugar plus it tastes good. I put it in my coffee

Tastes Good & Less Filling
I hadn't tried this flavor of Muscle Milk before I don't think, and since they were having a sale on it I decided to try it. Got two cases of 12 so I could take them to work with me. One for breakfast ad one for lunch. So far so good. They taste fine. No chalky after taste. And they keep me full until the next time I have to eat.
