Love the faucet but the faucet head control between spraying and the regular faucet is acting up. I read this in another review but figured I would try. I wonder if they sell replacement heads or upgraded one to purchase that fit this faucetAfter this review was posted...the company contacted me and sent me a new faucet head...with expedited shipping!!!Installed the new faucet head and it works perfectly. It is one thing if the original product has a malfunction...but for the company to fix this malfunction is truly amazing. Thank you and we would buy from this company anytime!!!

I bought this faucet and love the look, however once purchased I looked at the consumer questions. One of which asks if it is lead free? The response is foggy and vague at best, with no percentage given. This should be known, and readily given at an exact percentage. I suggest you do your own research and come to your own conclusion.I will say, the seller is excellent, and they really seem to care about their customers. They went above and beyond for me, and you don't come across sellers like this frequently. A+ to them.

I have to admit I was a bit sceptical that this faucet would be as good as it looked since it is priced at $90. But it really is a beautiful faucet and has a very nice, strong spray. It was a bit tricky to install but I had never installed this type of faucet and hadnt installed a faucet in years. It is nice, works very well and everyone has complimented on how good it looks and works.

I purchased 2 of these and installed in my kitchen and my laundry room. This has solved my problem of low pressure. Great for bathing my 3 dogs.Update: The Sprayer button has stopped working after 10 months and will only work in high spray mode. The rubber cover is also torn and I do not know how to get a replacment .

I would give this faucet 5 stars because I like the look and it was working great. Now 1.5 years later the button that switches from stream to spay on the faucet head is not working anymore, so we are stuck on spray.Is there any way to fix this?

The product information says that they have a 5 year warranty. The faucet head has trouble maintaining steady stream, It reverts to full stream. Tried to find replacement parts. Send email request to manufacturer in China. Need a resolution. One other buyer did get Resolution replacement parts, Posted in reviews. Can you assist?

Worked great for about 8 months and now I’m having trouble with the water flow selector. Does anyone have any contact information for this company? It says there is a 5 year warranty but I don’t have the box or paperwork that came with it. Thanks.

**update— I contacted the company and they sent a new part the next day. The new sprayer head was received quickly and easy to replace without expert installation.** I loved this faucet at first. The look... the larger size... it was easy to install.... But I've had it just less than 1 year and the button for the spray setting change wont hold any more. It started giving out a couple months ago but I thought it might just have been a water pressure issue. It was not.
