Just got this oil and like all the reviews said, it drips each time you pour it. I just used up my honey, so I cleaned it out and poured the MCT oil in it. Now I have no more drips or spills. Works great.

PSA. :-).If you haven’t tried MCT oil before definitely start out with a teaspoon or two instead of a tablespoon which is what I did. That wasn’t so much fun. However, after that first mistake, I let my body get used to it and would have it every day mostly in smoothies. I would also put it in all of my baked good recipes to add some additional fat. I like the glass bottle this comes in and it lasted me a little over a month, and I will definitely buy it again maybe even the 32 ounce version

The bottle arrived with no seal beneath the cap, which was broken. There was oil underneath the bubble wrap the bottle was wrapped in, which could have been prevented if there was a seal on the bottle underneath the cap. The bottle still feels slippery and sticky from being coated with spilled oil. Luckily not too much spilled out, but the cap is still broken and I now need to find alternate ways to store the oil... The oil itself is fine, but I really wish they would’ve packaged the bottle better.

I drink green smoothies everyday and this is a great healthy fat to add. However, as others have mentioned, the bottle leaks when you pour it. I tried puncturing a hole in the foil seal to no avail. So I bought a $2 salad dressing bottle from the local market and put it in that. Ever since I’ve been 100% satisfied with how it works. No more spills or mess. I go through a bottle per month. Love this stuff. It truly has no flavor and mixes in well with whatever you’re putting it in. Sometimes I’ll mix it with avocado and like juice to make a thin salad dressing.

Great product. Have tried a couple others and it stands up against the other more expensive brands. Get a barely there taste or after taste but maybe it’s just me. It’s very light and barely noticeable. Love the amber glass bottle but i just wish it had some sort of drip resistant top. You end up loosing a lot of product from drip and what not. I’m always wiping up the counter and cleaning the bottle. My husband came home with this same brand of mct oil from gnc today but the bottle is plastic. I’ll be comparing the two tomorrow for sure. See if i notice a difference. Will update If i do.

I absolutely love this mct oil. It’s fantastic for me as I’m new to the KetoDiet. I use it before bed and first thing in the morning with organic coconut milk. I bought the pure flavor first and am now going to try vanilla hazelnut when it arrives in a few days. It’s inexpensive and works great for my budget because I’m on a fixed income. It’s a good product and already recommended to my fellow friends on Keto .

I haven’t used it yet, but the packaging was very secure! Got this to incorporate into my keto lifestyle, especially to add it to my coffee with Kerry gold butter. It has no taste so you won't even notice it in your coffee. Just buy it already.

Too expensive. Missed that this is only 16 fl oz. Can buy 32 fl oz from a well known supplier for a few more dollars. Feel cheated.
