I was hoping that it would be easier than my other garlic press but it is very hard to push to cut the garlic and it gives you pretty big cubes of garlic. Very difficult to clean as you have to use a sharp object to get in between the cracks to clean it.

Perfect for what I need.
I am pretty disappointed in the negative reviews as it made me anxious in buying it, but looking at the pictures and design and the price and I went for it. Well made. Easy to clean with dish brush (photo), and much easier to press down when clove sliced in half or thirds with raw side face down (photo). I bought three more (one for each of my offspring).
