Tricky pumps
Nice products but tricky pumps, customer service was good to offer sending working pumps

Great scent. Pump mechanism is tricky
I wish I could give it 5 stars: I love the smell and feel of this soap but…the pump mechanism would not unlock on 3 of the 4 bottles. I couldn’t open them, nor could two other people. I even watched the video they included on unlocking the pump (which seemed unnecessary until it confirmed I wasn’t crazy or in error). I didn’t bother returning them, but it is a pain because I like the bottles and would rather use this packaging rather than treat it like a soap refill. Sigh.

Beautiful, Nourishing, and Delightfully Soothing
I absolutely love this hand soap. The soap lathers richly, cleans gently without drying my skin, and rinses off completely with no sticky residue. It also looks lovely sitting on my sink and it adds a little aesthetic touch to the bathroom. No complaints at all; everything about it exceeded expectations. Highly recommend if you want something that works and looks great.

I love the smell of this soap! All my guests comment about the smell as well. I do wish the bottle was glass as the plastic just looks a little cheaper.
