Great little boat with a nice quality for the price!

On tight fast turns the boat has a tendency to flip and not right itself. We did this close to shore so we were able to retrieve it. Had it flipped further out we would have not been able to retrieve it and it would have been lost. So if you buy this just be aware.

RC seems to be 'all the go' nowdays. My grandson (and his dad if I am being honest--lol) love everything RC.They rave over the speed of the boat and the agility. It apparantly sinks if you aren't careful but they don't seem to be bothered by that. Good present for a 10 y.o. --and his dad.

It's a fast lil boat the only thing is it leans to the right hard while accelerating but other than that it's amazing

Couldn’t get it to go straight even with all the trim settings in the remote.Turns well in one direction. Turning in the others direction seems restricted as the rudder doesn’t turn that much to one side.

Bought this for my 12 year old and he loves it. He was able to follow the instructions and get it working all on his own. So yes it's easy to use. He's been having fun using it outside in the pond. Good quality.

Good buy for the money, lots of fun.

I have another brand that is virtually impossible to flip over. This one easily flips over and stays upside down. It works fine until that happens

Boat is exactly as advertised, it would be nice if they would have put in a larger battery for longer run time.

I purchased the UDI020 green boat and I cant give a good review as I have been able to use it. Strait out the box it doesn’t turn right as stated by other reviewers. After a few hours of trying everything to fix it I figured out the servo is programmed to be used in a vertical position and was not programmed properly for this installation. I don’t have a programmer and not planning on paying for one just for this. I would not recommend this brand if they can’t provide a property functioning rc boat. Will be returning and trying another brand.

Ponds are frozen now, too cold to test it on icy waters. Only tested boat in my kitchen sink so far.Regarding issues reported in reviews, checked that the water cooling passage is not blocked by forcimg water through. Rudder swing for right turn seemed less than left. This may be Ok as the single propeller boat will lean right going forwards due to motor torque making it takes less rudder to turn right than left. Anyway I adjusted the servo arm and hooking point to give it more right swing.Can't get any speed in the kitchen sink to check water cooling and turning radius. Shouldn't have too much issues in adjusting/modifying the boat/TX if necessary later on when we can launch it outside with some speed.Misreaded the speed, thought it was 25+ mph but actually was km/hr. It should still be good enough as my first RC speed boat.Also tested self recovery. Basically it is rocking the boat left and right with motor torque. Hence we need enough joice left in the battery and motor is free. Recovery worked on a fresh battery in the sink. :)BTW, out of water auto shutoff stopped working after the recovery test. I did not realize there is another pair of water sensing contacts at the top (rear right cormer) to allow the motor to run when the boat bottoms up. That makes sense even though is not mentioned in the manual. Had to dry that senser for auto shutoff to work again. That sensor may be air dried automatically when the boat regain speed . Anyway it is no big deal if auto shutoff stops working after recovering the boat.It comes with spare propeller, stand, protectomg cap, 2 batteries and usb charger. Battery mount works. Charger is Ok. No lub nor tools included, like in some other speed boat packages, for servicing the power chain though.Looks good as an affordable fair size speed boat. Actually it is a scaled down version of the big UDI brushless boat.

So much fun!! And of course I didn't read the instructions first, and swam out to flip it over then later realized it has controls to get it to flip back with the remote. Very fast, with great range! Hopefully it holds up, my regret is not buying two!

Bought this boat a few months ago but only just got to try it out because of the weather. Boat is fast and doesn’t leak. Unfortunately it seems there is an issue with the steering servo, boat has a hard time turning right. Opened up the boat and you can see the servo only seems to be working for left turns. It turns abit when I try to go right but barely. I tried to adjust it with the steering trim buttons but it doesn’t do anything. Also it seems the water cooling system isn’t working, no water comes out the side of the boat when running (see little hose sticking out the side of the boat) and engine seems quite warm after only running a few minutes. Guess I got a dud as the other reviews seem pretty good. As it is out of the return window guess I’m stuck with it.
