poor quality, does not deliver as advertised
Unfortunately this projector fails to deliver thoroughly. I took a chance, hoping a new "2000 lumen" rated projector would be more durable and out-of-the-box functionality, but this is not the case.Purpose: I bought this to project computer- and smartphone-based slides in a small classroom. It is useless for this purpose for the following reasons:1. The projector is too dim to use, even with classroom lighting dimmed to 50% capacity. It is impossible to imagine that the projector is capable of delivering the advertised 2000 lumens in any situation.2. The image will not focus evenly, regardless of the positioning of the projector and screen. Significant blurring occurs at all borders.3. 4. light is concentrated at center of screen; all four corners are noticeably dimmer and less focused than the center. together, the bright center and dim corners create a conspicuous, distracting vignette effect that interferes with many slides.4. Image resolution is poor. Projector shows screen "cells," producing an old-fashioned cathode ray tube visual effect seldom seen anymore on HD tvs.5. Settings and adjustments to picture quality, color, size, etc. are extremely limited. Adjusting on-screen controls via remote or manually yields only differently hued or proportioned or sharp versions of the same very low quality picture.6. My projector arrived with a flaw in the lens that casts a distracting large-fly-sized shadow directly in the middle of the image.7. At over $100, this projector costs more than a refurbished workhorse like Epsom PowerLite (several models are between $75 and $150).I would not recommend purchasing this, because much higher quality models are available for the same money.

Perfect projector!
I ordered this projector for my daughter's 13th Birthday party. The plan was to set up an outdoor theatre for her and her friends. Pinterest gave us all the ideas, we just needed the projector to complete it. I read all the reviews on this projector. I was a bit nervous but figured if it didn't work out, I could always return it. Upon opening the box, everything was included as listed. The aux cord, the power cord, the remote, the projector and the directions. We waited for night fall and went out back to try it out. The projector started right away. No problem with power. The picture is very easy focus. It was spot on and crisp! The only problem was the volume. The internal volume wouldn't work. Not that I planned on using it, but we couldn't get that to work. I hooked up a receiver and speakers along with my blue ray DVD player. Still no sound. I finally called technical support (English speaking, knowledgeable, EXTREMELY PATIENT). Rachel, the CSR, spent almost an hour helping me trouble shoot. It turned out that I had change the audio output on my DVD player from dolby digital to PCM. Rachel looked up my dvd player and walked me through the whole process!! After that, it was perfect!!The girls started off with Beauty and the Beast then went to the Conjuring 2. You could see all the picture just fine. We used the white garage as our backdrop.

Decent for the price. Otherwise 1 or 2 stars.
*Please note that the picture of the image provided looks much better in the picture than in person! This projector is decent. Obviously not as good as the $300-$500 projectors.-Does have a decent picture if you're not concerned with a bit of fuzziness especially around the corners. Don't expect to use the tilt feauture because it will leave half of the projection unusable/un-readable no matter how much you try to focus it.-features are ok and has decent imputs.-dark around the edges.- speakers are good for a projector- don't expect to use this with any ambient light... - The picture does not exist except in pitch black environment.- if you want a projector for the kids that can take the abuse and they won't know the difference, this projector is fine. Otherwise, if you want a home cinema on a budget spend a couple bucks more and invest in a better projector.

Very weak picture, expectations not met based on reviews
I will be returning this projector, I had high expectations based on the reviews. Over this past Christmas a friend brought over his cheap view sonic projector, the thing was super bright large and heavy. We decided to give the Milson "2000 lumens" a try, horrible, first off super small, very light (weight), and super chinksey when it comes to the Manuel focus, it feels like a dollar store toy, and the picture is he same, very dim, to focus you need to move the projector closer or farther away, this should be a $29 dollar projector from toys r us. I m surprised there isn't a class action law suit on the 2000 lumen claim, more like 20 lunens. I rarely write bad reviews but this thing is junk....

Don't waste your money!!
Just junk! The projector works sometimes but more often doesn't. Lines appear on half the screen making it unwatchable. The sound is terrible and you need external speakers. Seller will not return email. No warranty like product listing states. Wasted my money:( this review is 4 months from purchase.

Good for the price
Nice, affordable unit, great for kids and outdoor movie nights. The quality is noticeably poor for adults. It is impossible to get the entire image in focus so you'll end up splitting the difference and having fuzzy borders. The sun needs to be fully set for this to work. For the money, however, I will keep this and it will provide hours of entertainment for my children and their friends, but it's unlikely any grown up movies will be played on this.

I recommend saving another 100-200 for the next level up in ...
If I could give this projector "0" stars, then I would. Shortly after my return window closed the picture from the projector started flickering and having a white band down the right half of the screen. There were no changes to my setup and I tried several different troubleshooting tips to no avail. The quality of the product is simply very low and I suppose the truth is that you pay for what you get. Instead of buying a cheap projector now...I recommend saving another 100-200 for the next level up in projectors. This one may only last you 2 months like it did for me.
