Will this help with b12 deficiency?

Ask your doctor to write a prescription. Insurance may cover cost. This product, for me, provided "zero" energy boost. I also have B12 in another form that for me works better, but slow. I thought this might be faster. If you noticed, manufacturer dodged the question about product testing and how fast you should feel something ( ie like coffee caffeine most people feel when it kicks in). Even food products go through testing. So saying this isn't tested because it is a food, leaves me wondering just who at the company attempted to answer the question.

Is the methyl form of vitamin b12

Methyl degrades quickly so you can't be sure of the strength you're getting. Unless you have a reason for needing the methylated version, MTHF gene, smoker, Dr Gregers research suggests cyano is a better bet. Not enough cyanide to have adverse effects
