Best Utensils Stainless Steel Egg Slicer Wedger Cutter, Divides Hard Boiled Eggs Into 6 Equal Segments In One Action

I have tried several egg wedges, this is the only one I've found that doesn't create crescent shaped wedges. I think it's a bother for just one egg, but if you have multiple eggs needing to be wedged, this will do the trick quickly and efficiently. Easy to use, easy to clean (hand washing), easy to store away, and reasonably sturdy. I haven't used it on anything but hard cooked eggs, but it might work for other small, soft foods. I'd approach that process with care.

Works great, It's nice to have the lock for the handles for easy storage. My old egg slicer I had to put a rubber band around the handles to put it in the drawer,

Saw this item functionality in the final episode of Severance. I've had lots of egg slicers, but I love the wedger for salads with egg.

Its an ok tool to have just keep locking every time I use it. Got this for my job to make it easy to slice but every time you press the lach will lock preventing fast and multiple use

It has one function unlike my combination egg slicer, wedge cutter and I do not have to hold one part out of the way to cut the hard boiled egg into shape I want … also cleans easily

Bad design; there are but mere bumps at the bottom, which are insufficient for a clean slice. The wires thus end not completely through the egg at the bottom of the stroke. Egg ends up partially sliced, never cleanly cut, and tears when one tries to complete the cut. Avoid.

I bought this to replace one that I bought when I got engaged nearly 50 years ago and it gave up the ghost on me about 6 months ago and was looking for something similar and at long last found one. Iwasso glad.

This "egg slicer" is poorly designed and manufactured. The folded metal work is made in several sections that are pressed and spot welded such that the seams and joins have cavities that fill with egg, and can't be easily cleaned. The cutting wires are not very taut and the locking mechanism is counter intuitive and temperamental.
