Is this a fast charge as stated as some reviews state its not

Hi, this is to charge a Booster unit, not a car battery. Yes it is a fast charge when the car battery is at the correct voltage that will safety charge the booster without lowering the car battery. This is achieved when the car is being driven, if not, it will charge at the lower rate.

Will this charger also charge my Huawei phone?

This is not a car cigarette lighter extension cable it's a NOCO specific cable only used to charge the NOCO car battery booster using your car cigarette socket while your driving and only the NOCO models found in the description I purchased the GBX45 model booster and at this time of the year in the UK is a very important part of my winter car tool kit. If my car broke down at night and I had to get out of the car for safety it 's one of the first things I would grab as it also has a very bright light that can be used when connecting to your car battery or to keep you safe and visible at the side of the road it can even charge a mobile phone at the same time. Does this work with gb50

My understanding is only the GBX series has the fast charge option so if the GB50 has a C type connection as now used mobile phone for its input then it will work but not fast charge

No, the GB70 does not use USB-C, this cable cannot connect to it.
