I usually wear a 34" inseam, do these run longer than 31"?

They have a loop drawstring. I cut it,and made a small incision next to where the string is coming out then I pulled it out and cut that one as well. At first u have 2 strings on each hole end,but wen u pull one it's like 5 inches long,so u discard that,and tie the other two together. It sounds like a lot,but it's quit simple. Good luck. Worked for my sweats.

Dreadful quality joggers. Primark joggersprobably better than this at half the price. (I felt cheated at £25). The idea that they could/would charge more for these bottoms is mind boggling. Avoid.
