Box of 10 Small Moroccan Break Your Own Geodes

I am a teacher and bought these for my students to break open. I was prepared for there to be a few duds in the mix but was pleasantly surprised when they all had crystals inside. The kids loved them. As others have stated, it took quite a while to get each of them open. We used a metal hammer and it took anywhere from a min to 5+ minutes of banging to break these open. Still, totally worth it and would purchase again.

Most of the geodes were the size of a grape. I wasn't expecting large ones, but definitely not that small. With that being said, my children had a blast "easter rock" hunting ;)

The media could not be loaded. Thee geodes are beautiful, my granddaughter and I broke these open together for her 9th birthday. She had a great time. And I was able to teach her how geodes were formed. She did no believe that "a ugly old rock would old something so glittery and pretty inside. I highly recommend for the price and quality. And make a great hands on learning experience for your children or grand children.

There were no instructions. I thought my kid could just use a hammer to break it open, but she was left with sparkling rubble. According to my husband, we need a power saw, so I just have a pile of rocks and some very pretty rubble.
