The product made noise when you turned it on but nothing happened period. Amazon shouldn't represent products that don't work! That makes the customer have to go through all the work of getting printing paper, printing a return label, driving to a postal service, and wasting time!

Works great.
This is the second pump I have purchased. The first, which I purchased in 2017, still works like new. This one is a LOT quieter than the first and works just as well. Just a warning to other buyers, there are a couple of vented spots that lead to the inner workings...I wasn't paying attention and got the inner workings soaked with soapy water when cleaning it before use. It stopped working, but after drying out about two hours, it worked fine.

Quick fill and quieter than others.
This was a replacement for same. Like quick fill and quieter than original. Others take forever to fill your container of sorts. Does not suck all the way to the bottom, so need to remove and dump the remains in a pan or something and make spaghetti, but now ready to replace bottle anyways.

This the second one we own. We have one at home there other at our trailer they work great in our 18.9 l bottle of water
