Will my past decisions in the previous games affect the story in this one?

It will. The game will ask you if you want to start a new game or continue from your last decisions. But that's only if you had the ps4 versions of the game.

It is the full season. But, only ep 1 is on the disc. the others have to be downloaded. You do this in-game. I disc just acts as a physical season pass.
