Intensify Workout Shorts for Women Seamless Scrunch Short Gym Yoga Running Sport Active Exercise Fitness Shorts

I’ve bought so many of the intensify style shorts/leggings and I will continue to. They are my favorite because of the quality, comfort, fit, and variety of colors. They are seamless and very compressive, which I love. I like my shorts to be a blend of around 90% nylon and 10% spandex or elastane. I can’t remember which one this is but I love it. I wish the shorts had a built in label inside of them that said the size and material. Sometimes I forget which size I bought and I have to come back on here to figure out. The same goes with buying them from thrift stores or places like Depop. Some people may forget what size they bought and tell you the incorrect size. This is such an easy fix, I hope they can improve this one day. Reference: 5’7”, 150lbs, Size small. I usually get a medium, but this time I got a small because my mediums were getting a little big on me.

These are my absolute favorite shorts to work out in or just wear. I buy the longer inseam so that I can control how long they are, and have a bit extra fabric so that there’s no concern about camel toe. They are SO comfortable, the length is perfect, especially if you’re wearing them around and don’t want to wear shorter shorts in public! Lightweight and stretchy while still being thick enough to hide cellulite and be squat proof! I’m 160, 5’7” and usually am a medium but I buy a large in these(my preference)

I weigh 125-130 lbs and am 5'2. I wear a size 4 in jeans and have about a 27 inch waist. The size small fits me great when I'm bloated or not! These are my go-to workout shorts! I have 3 different colors and will keep ordering them. I like that I can scrunch them up to make them shorter if I want to! I recommend wearing seamless underwear with these as they can fit a bit tight. I've never had anyone say anything about seeing my underwear during squats so they aren't see-through (at least the black ones).

I'm impressed with the quality and style. The material is excellent, and the craftsmanship is evident. However, I did encounter a small drawback that prevents me from giving these shorts a full 5 stars. Let's start with the positives – the fabric is comfortable, and the stitching is top-notch. The shorts feel durable and are well-suited for various activities. I also appreciate the attention to detail in terms of design; they look great and are versatile enough for both casual outings and more active pursuits. Now, onto the downside – the length. While I understand that preferences for short lengths can vary, these shorts are just a tad longer than I expected. As someone with slightly larger thighs, they hit at an unflattering location that make my leg bulge out at the bottom.

I wore these on an excursion and they were very comfortable all day. They stayed in place, fit perfectly, and were great for walking.

Over the course of the year I have purchased the Intensify, Dream, and Power fabrics of Aurola shorts. All of these were purchased in black with a 4.5" inseam, so I feel like I can fairly compare them! For reference, I am 5'7" and 160 pounds- my build is kind of a typical curvier gym girl body- I like my leg days! I purchase mediums in all Aurola products. Overall, the Intensify shorts are my favorite. They are fairly thin and breathable, but still stretchy enough to be comfortable. They don't roll up, and they're super flattering. The scrunch is subtle but really helps avoid the uni-butt effect that some shorts give. The Dream fabric is a bit softer than the Intensify fabric, but I have found that it rolls up much more. It also stretches out as you wear it so I find that the Dream shorts seem like they're too big by the end of my workouts. Dream was my least favorite! The last fabric I tried was the Power fabric, which is a lot thicker than the other two, and slightly ribbed (super small ribbing, can't really tell when they're on). These are very opaque so if you're worried about anything being see-through, these are the best bet. They also hold you in place the best. They downside of them is that they aren't as stretchy and comfortable as the Intensify. I find myself wearing the Power fabric shorts on upper body days and sometimes for cardio. The Intensify shorts are my favorite for leg days. Overall, I would skip the Dream fabric. Hope this was helpful to someone!

I bought these shorts in almost every color a year and a half ago and love them however I just bought two more pairs in black and the material is much different. The new shorts are thinner and roll up while working out, unlike the originals. I even looked back to see if it was the same type of shorts and they all are called intensify. So they do look the same on and are still comfortable but they are not as nice of quality. I’m not sure what happened to the old material but I preferred it.

These AUROLA Intensify seamless workout shorts are amazing! The fabric is soft, stretchy, and moves with you, which makes them perfect for squats, yoga, or any high-intensity workout. The high waistband stays in place and provides great support without digging in. I also love the seamless design—no chafing or irritation at all. They fit true to size and hug your body in all the right places. Definitely my new favorite workout shorts, stylish and functional for the gym or casual wear.

I am obsessed!! I was hesitant because the reviews are 50/50. The material is soft, they are squat proof (the black ones at least), and they make your butt look super good. I ordered a Large which is my usual bottoms size and they fit perfectly! They definitely hug your waist (compressed) so i would recommend going with your true size. The butt scrunch is in the perfect spot. The length is a little long but if you just roll them up a bit, they’re perfect. I got the black and i can’t wait to buy the other colours!! Update: i bought the Sun Dried Tomato colour pair in a size Large and i’m obsessed with the colour! They are so flattering and hug your body nicely. After reading horrible reviews about Alphalete, i’m so glad i found Aurola

super leggings!! man sieht nichts durch und der scrunch ist auch nicht störend. ich trage eigentlich xs wegen meiner taille aber weil ich an den beinen erwss dicker bin habe ich s genommen und das passt perfekt, der stoff kratzt nicht es ist super bequem!!
