These are extremely nasty.
The taste is very nasty. They taste burnt.

Very good and tasty !
Reading some reviews...my hope was low. As In I was expecting some kind of bad stuff . To my surprise...the taste is almost BBQ or burnt...so is a "common" taste. Nothing out of this world! What else can I say ? Very good and tasty ! Bought 3 more since my first purchase. But not everybody likes it, as I gave some of my friends to try. My dog doesn't like it either :)

My kids ask for bugs as a snack
These are surprisingly good. I bought the BBQ flavor and used them for an object lesson for my Sunday school class. As much as they grossed some kids out by their look, every kid in my class who actually ate a cricket loved them and kept asking for more and even had their parents and other children eating them. My own children who are toddlers tried some at home and now ask me if they can eat more bugs. The nutritional content is also super amazing!
