Weatherproof Backpack | Pelican Mobile Protect Backpack - MPB25 (25 Liter)

Much better quality than was expecting. Very heavy weight fabric and looks extremely durable. Very happy with this backpack and looks like it will last many years.

I have had this backpack for about two months now, and I have used it every day since it arrived. This is a very quality backpack, and it definitely lives up to the Pelican brand name. One thing to note, is this pack is smaller than it seems in the pictures. This is not an issue, as 25L is still enough volume for everyday uses. The smaller size was actually nice for me, as I carry my backpack all over my college campus. However, it is something to be aware of for those looking for camping, hiking, backpacking, etc. purposes. The pockets on the backpack are thoughtfully placed and designed. My only complaint would be about the very front pocket. This is a vertical zipper pocket on the very front, designed for small items (keys, wallet, phone, pens, etc.). I personally think the pocket may be more functional if the zipper was horizontal. With the vertical zipper running the length of the pocket, the items inside will sometimes fall out upon opening. Other than that minor change, I love everything about this backpack and I would recommend it to anyone in the market.

First off, I have been a loyal Brenthaven customer for many years. I recently decided to switch because the Brenthavens although well made, are far too bulky and their lifetime warranty seems to only cover the zipper pulls. I wanted a less-bulky backpack with a decent warranty and I think I found it in this Pelican model. I was originally going to purchase the 20L model, but am very happy I chose the 25L model as the size is just right.PROS:Well made, Waterproof, durable material, comfortable straps.CONS:This is a big one for me and the primary reason I could not give this product 5 stars. There are 2 main compartments, 1 for the laptop & tablet and the larger one for everything else. The main compartment has a SINGLE pocket even though the product description claims "Large main compartment with organization pockets". This may seem trivial, but when trying to organize, the one pocket and straps (for lack of a better word) just aren't enough.

I own all pelican things even the phone cases And drink ware. Everything holds up and works great.I fly every week, only think is the straps are a little long which do every once in a while catch on tsa scanners but I’m not worried about the bag it’s great!! The 25 fits my surface pro, iPad Pro (12”), Bose Noise canceling headphones and all of the other small things you could possibly carry when you fly.Lifetime warranty. I’ve never had issues with Pelican. They are a great company!!

Works well as a commuter backpack. Very waterproof so far, and is good as a personal item on a plane. Little small overall - it’s a bit hard to get my 15” laptop in, but if you’re looking for a bag on the smaller size this one is solid.

This bag is very well put together. It manages to hold a lot despite how small it is. It does not have a lot of compartments that I will end up struggling to use, either. It is definitely good for rainy weather as I need to make sure papers and electronics do not get wet when I walk to and from places each day.
