Love my frying pans - they clean up very nicely, and have a very sturdy weight and feel to them. Great for benefit of nonstick. They arrived very well packaged.

The pan looks just like the photo. I am very pleased with its fast thermal transfer, sturdy but stay-cool handle and massive rivets for the handle. Have not tried it in a low-medium oven, but with no plastic parts, the possibility is there. I am very pleased with the ease of cooking and cleaning. I would say one of the best features is that the pan is forgiving of my mistakes. I notice that I need to turn the stove temperature down compared to other pans, because this one transfers heat into the food very quickly.

First time I ordered these pans I fell in love. I ordered them again, for our second home and I am appalled. I received lightweight scratched used cheap crap. Never again. They are not even Heston brand. There is no brand name.

I received the pans in used condition!! There was food stuck inside the pan and burnt bottoms. For the price that you pay for these pans, it is unacceptable to receive a package in this condition! Clearly these pans are not worth the price considering that someone used them and returned them as they did not hold up.

These are nice pans, but I burnt some food on the bigger pan and made the mistake of using the green side of a yellow/green sponge to clean it. That also affected the non-stick surface. Pros: very nonstick as long as you treat them gingerly when cleaning Cons: they very quickly lose their stainless steel shine with any kind of oil splattering on it, and then it is quite hard to get it back to shiny.
